Conditions, registration, payment, cancellation

Registration 
happens simply by sending us an email saying you would like to participate. Remember to specify whether you register for seminar 1, seminar 2 or both, and your choice of accommodation. When we have received your email we will reply with a confirmation (if we still have spaces) and informations including the bank account for transfer of seminar fee. See seminar fees and accommodation options on the pages describing seminar 1 and seminar 2.

Temporary reservation:
when your reservation is confirmed by us, it is temporary for 2 weeks, and becomes permanent when the seminar fee has been transferred.

Payment 
via transfer to Gomde Højskole, a project owned by the retreat and seminar center Gomde. Account information is included in the email that confirms your reservation.

Cancellation
If you send us a cancellation message more than 30 days in advance, we will return your entire fee minus a 200 DKK administration fee. Between 1 and 30 days in advance, 50% is returned. If  your reservation did not include a single or double room, you will be offered the alternative option of letting 100% stay as a deposit for later seminars at Gomde.
